I sure hope he can help us. I really don’t understand how someone can dump trash on your property and not be breaking a law? Isn’t that a police issue? Aren’t there fines or tickets they can write up on that?<br /><br />I really think ravines are treated poorly when it comes to dumping issues…unless of course you live in a better neighborhood.
